Not one to stray far from his passion, civil construction, Mark joined forces with the ownership of Pacific Civil & Infrastructure, Inc. (PCI) upon its formation in 2014. Collaborative efforts amongst the ownership group resulted in PCI seeing great achievements within the private and public sectors of the industry. From underground utilities and sitework projects for national home builders, to $100m private industrial projects, PCI has leveraged itself to continue its path of success.
